Terms of sale

These terms form the agreement between you and Aurenza Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. when you buy from the house. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind.

Last revised 1 October 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By placing an order with Aurenza Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (“Aurenza”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these terms of sale. Please read them before you complete a purchase. If you do not accept them, do not place the order.

These terms apply to every sale made through aurenza.com. They sit alongside our privacy policy and shipping & returns policy, which form part of the agreement. Where a term here conflicts with a mandatory consumer right in your country of residence, that right prevails.

2. Eligibility

You may order from Aurenza if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours, or that you have the cardholder’s authority to use it.

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. We may decline an order from a country subject to trade sanctions, or where our courier cannot lawfully carry fragrance as a dangerous good.

3. Account responsibilities

You may check out as a guest or hold an account. If you hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority.

  • Give accurate name, contact and delivery details, and keep them up to date.
  • Do not share your account or use it on behalf of another person without their consent.
  • We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST where the delivery address is in India. For international destinations, prices are shown in rupees and converted by your card issuer at the prevailing rate; your issuer may add a foreign-transaction fee, which is outside our control.

For the UAE, Singapore, the UK and the EU, import duties and taxes are included at checkout. For all other destinations, orders ship duty-unpaid and any customs charge is collected by the courier from the recipient.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price is displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than charge the incorrect amount.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where payment is not authorised, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud.

The order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it is not acceptance. If we cancel before dispatch, we refund any amount taken in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We accept the cards and wallets shown in the site footer, including UPI for Indian customers. Card details are handled by the provider and never reach our servers.

Where a payment is declined, the order is not accepted and no contract is formed. We may carry out reasonable fraud and identity checks before dispatching an order, and may ask for additional confirmation where a check is inconclusive.

7. Shipping and risk

Dispatch times, delivery estimates and charges are set out in our shipping & returns policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; customs clearance and courier disruption can extend them.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, or to a neighbour or safe place you have authorised. Title passes on payment in full. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will open a claim with the courier and replace or refund the order.

8. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by writing to client care; we refund in full. Once the parcel is dispatched, the returns policy applies.

Sealed flacons may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Opened flacons cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and the same applies to discovery sets, engraved items and gift cards. The full process, exclusions and refund timings are set out in shipping & returns.

9. The refill programme

The refill programme lets you return an empty Aurenza flacon and have it refilled at 20% below the price of a new bottle. It is offered as a service and is not a warranty. A flacon is eligible only if it is a genuine Aurenza bottle with its collar intact and undamaged.

We may decline a refill where the flacon is counterfeit, cracked, or has been altered, and we may suspend the programme for a composition that has been discontinued. The 20% saving may not be exchanged for cash.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Aurenza name and monogram, the fragrance names, text, images, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to Aurenza and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission, and you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association we have not agreed to.

11. User content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our site and social channels in connection with the house.

We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or off-topic. You may ask us to remove your content at any time, and we will do so within a reasonable period.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs action, strike, or carrier failure. This does not affect your statutory right to a remedy where goods are faulty or not as described.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aurenza against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit that infringes the rights of a third party. This does not apply where the loss is caused by our own act or omission.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that a consumer resident in the European Union may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you raise the matter with client care so that we can try to resolve it directly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect a change in our practice or in the law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes are notified to account holders by email.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining terms continue in full force. The rest of the agreement remains binding on both parties.
