Terms of the card
The conditions, in full
An Aurenza Lifestyle gift card is a prepaid credit against future purchases, issued to the recipient named at checkout. It is not a financial instrument, and it is not redeemable for cash.
- Valid for twenty-four months from the date of issue. There are no expiry fees and no monthly deductions.
- Redeemable online and at the atelier in Grasse, against any composition, refill or discovery set.
- May be spent across several orders; the remaining balance is carried forward until the card expires.
- Where an order exceeds the card value, the difference is paid at checkout by any accepted method.
- Not refundable once delivered. Cards bought as gifts may be transferred; the holder does not need an account.
- A lost printed card can be replaced, and the balance moved to a new card, if the card number is supplied to client care.
- Duties and shipping on international orders are calculated and paid at checkout, not drawn from the card.
Questions on a specific card, or on a balance you cannot place, are answered by client care within one working day.

Yes — including the refill programme, where a returned flacon is filled again at 20% off. The
card simply pays the reduced amount.
A card is issued to a single recipient, but its value can be spent across as many orders as they
like. For a group gift, choose a higher value rather than splitting one card.
Write to client care with the card number — printed on every card and included in the email — and
we will issue a replacement and move the remaining balance across.
No. A gift card cannot be redeemed for another gift card, or for cash, and it is not refundable
once delivered.
